Golden years
Gold, whop whop whop
Golden years
Gold, whop whop whop
Golden years
Gold, whop whop whop
Don't let me hear you say
Life's taking you nowhere, angel
Come get up, my baby
Look at that sky, life's begun
Nights are warm
And the days are young
Come get up, my baby
There's my baby, lost that's all
Once I'm begging you
Save her little soul
Golden years
Gold, whop whop whop
Come get up, my baby
Last night they loved you
Opening doors
And pulling some strings, angel
Come get up my, baby
In walked luck
And you looked in time
Never look back
Walk tall, act fine
Come get up, my baby
I'll stick with you, baby
For a thousand years
Nothing's gonna touch you
In these golden years, gold
Golden years
Gold, whop whop whop
Come get up, my baby
Some of these days
And it won't be long
Gonna drive back down
Where you once belonged
In the back of a dream car
Twenty foot long
Don't cry my sweet
Don't break my heart
Doing all right
But you gotta get smart
Wish upon, wish upon
Day upon day, I believe
Oh Lord, I believe all the way
Come get up, my baby
Run for the shadows
Run for the shadows
Run for the shadows
In these golden years
There's my baby, lost that's all
Once I'm begging you
Save her little soul
Golden years
Gold, whop whop whop
Come get up, my baby
Don't let me hear you say
Life's taking you nowhere, angel
Come get up, my baby
Run for the shadows
Run for the shadows
Run for the shadows
In these golden years
I'll stick with you baby
For a thousand years
Nothing's gonna touch you
In these golden years, gold
Golden years
Gold, whop whop whop
Golden years
Gold, whop whop whop
Golden years
Gold, whop whop whop...........

Loving you is easy
Cause you're beautiful
Making love with you
Is all I want to do
Loving you is more than
Just a dream come true
And everything that I do
Is out of loving you
La la la la la.....
Aaaaaaa....
No one else can make me
Feel the colors that you bring
Stay with me while we grow old
And we will live each day
In springtime
Cause loving you has
Made my life so beautiful
And every day of my life
Is filled with loving you
Loving you, I see your soul
Come shining through
And every time that we ooooh
I'm more in love with you
La la la la la.....
Aaaaaaa....
No one else can make me
Feel the colors that you bring
Stay with me while we grow old
And we will live each day
In springtime
Cause loving you is easy
Cause you're beautiful
And every day of my life
Is filled with loving you
Loving you, I see your soul
Come shining through
And every time that we ooooh
I'm more in love with you
La la la la la.....
Aaaaaaa....
All By Myself
Eric Carmen
1975 -1976
.
When I was young
I never needed anyone
And making love was just for fun
Those days are gone
Living alone
I think of all
The friends I've known
But when I dial the telephone
Nobody's home
(CHORUS)
All by myself, don't wanna be
All by myself anymore
All by myself, don't wanna live
All by myself anymore
Hard to be sure
Some times I feel so insecure
And love so distant and obscure
Remains the cure
(CHORUS)
When I was young
I never needed anyone
And making love was just for fun
Those days are gone
(CHORUS) 2X

We've been together
Since way back when
Sometimes I never want
Yo see you again
But I want you to know
After all these years
You're still the one
I want whispering in my ear
You're still the one
I want to talk to in bed
Still the one that turns my head
We're still having fun
And you're still the one
I looked at your
Face every day
But I never saw it
Til I went away
When winter came
I just wanted to go
(Wanted to go)
Deep in the desert
I longed for the snow
You're still the one
That makes me laugh
Still the one
That's my better half
We're still having fun
Snd you're still the one
You're still the one
That makes me strong
Still the one
I want to take along
We're still having fun
And you're still the one
Yes, you are
Changing
Our love is going gold
Even though we grow old
It grows new
You're still the one
That I love to touch
Still the one and
I can't get enough
We're still having fun
And you're still the one
You're still the one
Who can scratch my itch
You're still the one
And I wouldn't switch
We're still having fun
And you're still the one
You are still the one
That makes me shout
Still the one
That I dream about
We're still having fun
And you're still the one
You're still the one
You're still the one
We're still having fun
And you're still the one

Ooo, Jackie Blue
Lives her life from inside of her room
Hides a smile when she's wearing a frown
Ooo, Jackie, you're not so down
You like your life in a free form style
You'll take an inch but you'd love a mile
There never seems to be quite enough
Floating around to fill your loving cup
Ooo, Jackie Blue
What's a game, girl, if you never lose
Ask a winner and you'll probably find
Ooo, Jackie, they've lost at sometime
Don't try to tell me that you're
Not aware of what you're doing
And that you don't care
You say it's easy, just a natural thing
Like playing music, but you never sing
Ooo, Jackie Blue
Making wishes that never come true
Going places where you've never been
Ooo, Jackie, you're going again
Ooo, Jackie Blue
Lives a dream that can never come true
Making love is like sifting through sand
Ooo, Jackie, it slipped through your hand
Every day in your indigo eyes
I watch the sun set but I don't see it rise
Your lightning, stars, and your strawberry wine
You take the world but you won't take the time
Ooo, Jackie Blue
Lives her life from inside of her room
Makes you think that her life is a drag
Ooo, Jackie, what fun you have had
Ooo, Jackie, ooo, Jackie
Ooo, Jackie, ooo, Jackie
Hey, hey, hey, hey

Davy, Davy Crocket
The king of the wild frontier
Born on a mountain top in Tennessee
The greenest state in the land of the free
Raised in the woods so's he knew every tree
And kilt him a bear when he was only three
Davy, Davy Crockett
King of the wild frontier
He fought single-handed through the Injun War
Till the Creeks was whipped and peace was in store
And while he was handling this risky chore
He made hisself a legend forever more
Davy, Davy Crockett
King of the wild frontier
Oh, when he lost his love, his grief was gall
In his heart he wanted to leave it all
And lose hisself in the forests tall
But he answered instead his country's call
Davy, Davy Crocket
The choice of the whole frontier
He went off to Congress and served a spell
Fixing up the government and laws as well
Took over Washington, so we hear tell
And patched up the crack in the Liberty Bell
Davy, Davy Crocket
Serving his country well
When he come home, his politicking done
Why the big western march had just begun
He packed up his gear and his trusty gun
And lit out a grinning to follow the sun
Davy, Davy Crocket
Leading a pioneer
His land is biggest and his land is best
From grassy plains to the mountain crests
He's ahead of us all, a meeting the test
And following his legend right into the west
Davy, Davy Crocket
The king of the wild frontier
